ISE Seminar Room W406 & Faculty Conference Room W406A

Available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, keys can be checked out with the ISE Main office, Weil 303. Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 for additional booking information.

The seminar room and faculty conference room cannot be booked by separate events at the same time.

Both rooms can be booked simultaneously for the same event.

Study Hall reserved each term, M-F, 11:45 am to 1:35 pm, most days.

*No food or drink permitted except for Chair approved ISE department events.

**Room must be returned to original condition, or future bookings will not be possible.

***Do not unplug any equipment around the room, even when not in use, for cell phone charging, etc.

Note that classes, seminars, and Chair priority events will take precedence over other bookings.

Seminar Room Furniture:

12 break-away tables, with wheels for class set up, with 12 double seat tables.
- Tables can be rolled together for larger table groups. 24 seats total.
A/V equipment:
- 5 large screen monitors
- 2 web cameras
- Audio Equipment
  - Conference call, web meeting, and HyFlex capable.
- 2 white boards

Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 to check out a Jabra Bluetooth microphone if needed.

Conference Room Furniture:

1 large conference table.
16 seats total.
