The department offers Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Master of Engineering, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Degrees can be earned through the traditional on-campus program or online through the EDGE program.

The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering offers a Master of Science and a Master of Engineering degree. Both degrees have a thesis and non-thesis option for students. The Master of Engineering degree requires an undergraduate degree in engineering.
The department offers a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which requires completion of core coursework, oral defense of a written research proposal, independent research, and a doctoral defense.
The department also offers options for students not on campus. Students can get an M.S. or M.E. degree through UF EDGE or through the Outreach Engineering Management program that is offered to working professionals.
