Available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, keys can be checked out with the ISE Main office, Weil 303. Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 for additional booking information.

*No food or drink permitted except for Chair approved ISE department events.

**Room must be returned to original condition, or future bookings will not be possible.

  • Exams
  • Thesis Defense
  • Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu for Chair approval for after-hours use.
    • Include the number of attendees and what the event is for.

No formal meetings with VIP guests or recruits if possible. Faculty & staff are permitted to use this space when needed.

Conference Room Furniture:

  • 2 break-away tables for 1 large table or 2 work group tables.
  • 14 Seats total. 10 seats at large table, 4 seats along wall.
  • A/V equipment includes large screen monitor.
    • Not set up for conference calls or web meetings
  • White board
