Austin, TX (November, 2010): Eleven faculty and over 30 graduates students traveled to Austin in order to share their latest research results at the Annual Conference for the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS). The conference theme was “Energizing the Future” with a number of sessions dealing with problems in the energy sector and potential solutions provided by operations research.
