GAINESVILLE, FL:  The Senior Design Project class for Industrial and Systems Engineering concluded the semester with final presentations to project sponsors, which included BAE Systems, Coca-Cola, Costa Farms, Crowley Maritime Transportation, Nielsen, Northrop Grumman, PepsiCo, Rockwell Collins, and U.S. Navy Medicine.  Projects were varied, including warehouse design, vehicle routing, facilities redesign and process improvement, inventory management and personnel staffing, with solutions ranging from data analysis and optimization models to the design of decision-support systems.  In all, 10 projects were completed with 9 different sponsors involving 36 students.
