NORCROSS, GA:  ISE graduate, Lauren Hess (BS ISE 2010), is featured in the “Work Perfect” section of Industrial Engineer magazine, a publication of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, for May, 2012.  Hess is an industrial engineer in project management and continuous improvement at Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA.  About her career, Hess says, “I get the most satisfaction when I can help people see their work processes in a new way and begin to question how work should be done.”  She joined IIE as a student at UF, serving as UF’s chapter development chair.  She received her M.S. in Health Systems from Georgia Tech.
