GAINESVILLE, FL (February, 2011): Gator ISEs Alex Brown, Kristin Dean, Jillian Edwards, Kelsey Kempler and Devon Parsons were named finalists with two other teams in the Case Competition sponsored by the Nielsen Company. Twenty teams with students from across campus presented their solutions involving the use of social media as a tool for market research. Five teams advanced from the morning round of competition, held at the Hilton Conference Center on campus. The afternoon session led to the naming of three finalists that will compete for the crown in New York City at Nielsen headquarters later this month.
