College can be a stressful time for many students. In addition to coping with academic pressure, students may encounter a myriad of life stressors (e.g. grief/loss, relationship issues, and financial insecurity) which make them susceptible to developing issues related to mental and emotional health.

The UF Counseling & Wellness Center (CWC) strives to help students learn skills to cope with the stresses of change and growth. CWC also focuses on supporting students through completion of their educational programs and achieving personal wellness goals along the way.

This presentation will highlight common concerns experienced by college students and feature the variety of services/resources available through the CWC.  Participants will learn about service eligibility, types of services offered (e.g. crisis/urgent care), how to make an appointment, and how CWC can support wellness goals.
