JACKSONVILLE: According to a report from a Jacksonville News Station, Florida businesses are have to recruit talent from out of state due to a shortage of workers with STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) degrees. The numbers required have stepped up efforts to recruit kids into these areas before they head to college.
