CANCUN, MEXICO (JUNE 2010): Taskin (PhD 2009) wins Pritsker Award from IIE. Dr. Z. Caner Taskin, 2009 Ph.D. graduate of ISE, won the Pritsker Doctoral Dissertation Award from the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE). His dissertation, “Algorithms for Solving Multi-Level Optimization Problems with Discrete Variables at Multiple Levels,” was advised by Dr. J. Cole Smith. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Bogazici University in Turkey.
