  • Xiaohan Zhu graduated in May 2023. His research focuses on stochastic modeling, stochastic control problems, and dynamic programming, with applications in queuing systems, inventory systems, dynamic pricing, revenue management, and finance.   • Shiwei Chai’s research interests are mainly related to stochastic control problems, stochastic-process limits, reinforcement learning, numerical methods, and simulation techniques. The applications include capacity management of a large service system, scheduling decisions, and dynamic pricing policies.   • Weiliang Liu is a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Before pursuing his Ph.D., he conducted undergraduate research at the University of Florida. At NUS, he applies a range of methodological tools to tackle real-world problems related to drone delivery, emergency medical response, call center staffing, and scheduling, among others.   • Na Zhang is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate at the UF Warrington College of Business. Her principal advisor is Prof. Anand Paul. Her current research interests are data-driven retail operations, OM-marketing interfaces, and the sharing economy.
