Recognizing the transformative impact of technology on education, Dr. Basinger-Ellis is involved in investigating the dynamics of online learning, particularly with regard to the Gen Z demographic. She examines how Gen Z learners engage with digital learning platforms, how these platforms can be optimized for effective learning outcomes, and the role of online learning in preparing the next generation for careers in manufacturing.
