Register for EIN 4944 / ESI 4949 | UF Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering

Before You Register:

1) Before students can receive departmental credit for an internship, they need to complete COP 2271, COP 2271L, and EGS 4034 with a grade of “C” or better.

2) Students can earn 1 credit hour for every 200 hours worked, for a maximum of 3 credit hours.

3) The 1 internship credit costs the same as a 1 credit hour UF course, and you will receive a grade of S or U.

4) The credit can be applied for the semester you plan to do the internship or one semester afterwards.

5) This course can only be placed on your schedule during normal registration times for that semester.

6) You will be required to complete a Practical Work Evaluation form toward the end of your internship.
