Dr. Archambeau’s research focuses on power and leadership, new venture start-up processes and knowledge transfer, and the role of strategic alliances in value creation. Her research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal. She also serves as ad hoc reviewer for academic journals as well as management textbooks. At the undergraduate level, her teaching interests include principles of management and strategic management. At the graduate level, her teaching interests include business policy, global strategy and organizational behavior. Prior to joining the University of Florida, Dr. Archambeau was an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah.
