What if I need to Cancel or Substitute?
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) and received by October 31, 2022 (with no extensions). There will be an administrative fee of US$185 deducted from each refund (determined by IEEE). Please note the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than October 31, 2022.
On-Site Change Policy: The conference is currently planned as a hybrid-event with a full social program for on-site participants. In the case that any local activities have to be canceled, the fee difference will be refunded for each canceled activity. Please note that all fees are charged in US$
