Welcome to the ISE Career Fair!


The ISE Career Fair is an annual job and internship fair held by the University of Florida Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering. Students and alumni with a background in industrial and systems engineering are invited to attend and interview with recruiters from top companies.

All attendees will get the opportunity to talk with company representatives about potential job or internship opportunities. All grade levels, including graduate students and alumni, are welcome to participate.

The Fall 2025 event will be held in person from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on September 30th at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville, located at 1714 SW 34th St, Gainesville, FL 32607.

Why attend this career fair?

The ISE Career Fair is the only career fair opportunity at the University of Florida that specifically caters to students and alumni with experience in industrial and systems engineering. The large variety of companies that are attending are hoping to recruit from a pool of people with some kind of industrial engineering experience.

Students of all grade levels are encouraged to attend. If you are a freshman or sophomore not yet looking for a job or internship, we hope you will attend anyway to take advantage of the opportunity to meet with potential future employers. Attending the career fair can be a great way to get your foot in the door and make a great first impression.
