Our department offers a part-time master’s degree program that is designed for full-time working professionals, with classes meeting only one weekend per month for 20 months. Students in the Outreach Engineering Management (OEM) Program take five graduate-level engineering classes and five MBA classes, and progress through the program as part of a cohort, in lock-step style. Students expand their technical skill sets as they learn to mitigate risk and make informed business decisions, and networking and collaborative opportunities abound. The next program begins in August and will meet in Orlando. OEM participants earn an MS degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering (engineering management focus) and have the option of getting an MBA as well by adding only 12 more months of study.

The next application deadline is March 28, 2022, and online info sessions will be offered on 3/10/22, 3/15/22, 4/5/22, and 5/19/22. Individual Zoom and phone appointments are also available upon request.
