In the wake of the dot com demise, EMS companies have faced their own demons, some have survived, some not. What are the challenges facing the EMS sector today and has this lead to changes in some or all of the elements that make manufacturing operations and its associated supply chain successful.  We will look as some of the efforts underway to capture and streamline the Supply Chain, some of the challenges that we still face and some of the success stories.
