If you call the hotel directly, mention that you are attending the workshop and/or conference to get the negotiated rate (rate code QMR). You can reserve the hotel online . The group/convention code QMR should be filled in the online form. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, March 4, 2005. If the reserved block of rooms is sold out, you may be able to get rooms at the University of Florida rate of $99 (rate code "UF"), if available, by contacting the hotel directly.
