Registration desk

The workshop registration desk will be open
from 8:00 to 9:00 am on Monday, December, 8, 2003
at the executive conference room #111, DoubleTree Guest Suites.

Registration Fee

The regular fee is $2000.
Government and Academic fee is $1500.
2 or more persons paying regular fee deduct $500 per person.

The registration fee covers seminar materials, refreshments, and two lunches.

Fee must be paid using one of the following options:

5 working days in advance by check payable to the Florida Research Foundation (in US dollars).
by credit card on the website

Cancellation and transfers are accepted if written notification is received at least 5 days prior to starting of the workshop. A cancelation fee $100 will be applied.
