The OEM program recognizes that employers often play a crucial role in a student’s decision to pursue graduate education, and we are happy to supply employers with detailed information about our program. Because our program is designed for working professionals, students are able to continue performing current job responsibilities, usually without any change in work schedule. OEM graduates are well prepared to manage complex technological projects and to coordinate all functions of a modern enterprise. Both students and employers reap the benefits of program coursework as students become more efficient and knowledgeable.
OEM personnel frequently visit human resources officers or engineering managers to make formal presentations about our program, either to individuals or to groups (for a partial listing of upcoming events, see Info Sessions). Program representatives are also happy to present information to employees via information tables and education fairs at employer sites.
