The UF IAC Final Report for each
manufacturing company is considered sensitive information, and is
not disclosed publicly in association with the client's name or
other identifying features without the consent of the client.
The University of Florida IAC does produce and archive
complete records associated with each visit to a client company.
These records, data, calculations and other pertinent information
are put into an organized data base, located at the UF IAC in Weil
Hall. The UF IAC permits access by the Rutgers University and the
U.S. Department of Energy to all records, data, calculations and
other pertinent information in this data base. The Rutgers University
IAC Program personnel is granted unrestricted access to this data
base, but U.S. DOE personnel are asked to sign an authorization
form which states that they will not disclose the name of the company
involved without that company's written permission.
UF IAC calculates running totals of savings through
suggested energy conservation opportunities. These results are displayed
in the UF IAC office and are made available for public review.
