The application deadline for the Fall semester with funding is January 15, and without funding is February 15 of that
year. The application deadline for the Spring semester is the first
day of classes for the Fall semester preceding the Spring semester.
For instance, the deadline for Fall 2010 applications with funding is January 15, and without finding is February 15,
2010. The deadline for Spring 2010 applications is August 24, 2009.
