Instructions on Paper Preparation
The template sets are packed
in a self-extracting file archive. They contain style files for
LaTeX2.09 and LaTeX2e users. Please let us know if you have questions
or problems downloading the files.
E-mail: pardalos@cao.ise.ufl.edu
For questions on the usage of
the templates, we kindly refer you to the documentation included on the
files. Further information, and instructions on how to obtain the style
files to use in Microsoft's Word, visit the publisher's web site: Kluwer.

treated as an ordinary PC-style zip file and can be unpacked using any
suitable archiving utility--i.e. Alladin Expander, website: www.alladynsys.com
-
UNIX Users: type `gzip -d edvoll.tgz' to replace edvoll.tgz
with edvoll.tar, then type `tar -xvf edvoll.tar'
