NEW YORK, NY: Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a career development institution aimed at helping those from underrepresented groups unlock their potential through skill development, coaching and door-opening relationships.

ISE seniors Ernesto Mandowsky and Oscar Oropeza are two of the Class of 2013 Career Prep Fellows. They have participated in a curriculum of career skills development and each received an MLT Certified Coach whose sole purpose is to help bring out the potential within each and every Fellow. Four times throughout the year, the fellows attend workshops in different venues throughout the country and go through rigorous seminars that teach about recruiting, behavioral and case interviewing skills, brand awareness, on the job performance and professional networking.

Mandowsky, who has interests in consulting and hospitality, has already interviewed with Deloitte and the Walt Disney Company. Oropeza, who has financial industry interests, has interviewed with Bloomberg, Citi, Wells Fargo, and Mondelez International. There will be an information session for the Spring 2013 Application Period. Please stay tuned for an update from the College of Engineering for location and date for this session.
