ISE Department to Hold Symposium on Career Advancement for Alumni

GAINESVILLE, FL: The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering announces it’s first ever “Symposium on Career Advancement and Development” to be held on Saturday February 4, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 at the University Hilton in Gainesville, FL.   The Symposium is an opportunity for ISE alumni to network and gain valuable knowledge about career advancement and development.  The Symposium will feature guest speakers Linda Hudson, President and CEO of BAE Systems, and William Muir, Executive Vice President of Jabil Circuit, with a variety of panelists from Cameron, Campbell’s, Coca-Cola, Harris and Nielsen, among other organizations.  In addition to the Symposium (which includes breakfast and lunch), a reception will be held the evening of Friday February 3, 2012 at the University Hilton from 6 to 8 p.m. and the event will be followed on Saturday by the Vanderbilt vs. Florida men’s basketball game at 1:00 p.m.
