We have reserved pretty much the WHOLE (except for 1 room) Reitz Union hotel on the University of Florida campus just for this conference.  The Reitz (pronounced like "rights") Union  is the student union at the University of Florida.  The union features a food court, two ballrooms, an auditoriums, gift shops, meeting rooms, dining rooms, a parking garage, an arcade, a bowling alley, a pool hall, a hotel, and more (it's huge, to say the least).

The hotel is the top two floors of the union and offers a spectacular view of campus.  Once you are at the hotel, you will only have to leave the union once -- to go to the final banquet off campus.  Other than that, park your car and enjoy your stay.

The hotel is extremely affordable.  Room rates range from $52 - $67 a night -- an excellent rate!

One queen bed (standard): $52/night
Two double beds (standard): $52/night
Two queen beds (deluxe): $59/night
Suites (sleeps 6+ people per room): $67/night

To get in on these rates and book a room at the RU hotel, you will have to use this code: IIE04.  If you do not use this code, you will NOT get a room at the union.  The rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.  The rooms are reserved for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (February 26 - 28) (though you do not have to stay the entire time).   If you stay at the Reitz Union Hotel, you will get parking passes for the Reitz Union parking garage.  Normally, the fee to park there is $5 per day between 7:00am and 4:30pm, but if you stay at the hotel, parking is free.
